Turkey Burgers
Lemon juice gives these burgers some extra zest for your next cookout. Serve with tomatoes, lettuce, and onion to boost your veggies for the day.
Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice (about 1 lemon, juiced)
- ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon parsley, dried (or fresh, chopped)
- 4 whole wheat buns
Directions
- Combine turkey, onions, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley. Mix well.
- Shape mixture into four patties.
- Cook in a pan on medium heat or grill.
- Serve on whole wheat buns with toppings of your choice.
