Honey Mustard Pork Chops

Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 top loin pork chops
  • ⅓ cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard dressing

Directions

  1. In a large non-stick skillet, brown one side of the pork chops over medium-high heat.
  2. Use a spatula to turn the chops.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
  4. Cover the pan and lower the heat.
  5. Simmer for 6-8 minutes until chops are done.

Notes

  • You can substitute 2 tablespoons of honey mustard with 1 tablespoon of honey plus 1 tablespoon of mustard mixed together.
  • Children under the age of 1 should not consume honey.
