From the moment you find out you're expecting until your child turns 5, WIC provides the extra support you deserve to help keep your family healthy. WIC is the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children.

 

WIC provides free healthy foods, breastfeeding support, nutrition education and referrals to other services, expanding options for your family.

    Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, postpartum women, infants and children under 5 years old are eligible for WIC benefits. Caregivers including dads, grandparents and foster parents may apply for children under five in their care.

WIC now uses Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) cards! The WIC EBT card works just like a debit card.
