SNAP Emergency Allotments (EA) Provision in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023

The Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023 ends SNAP emergency allotments that were provided by the Families First Coronavirus Response Act. The law terminates EA after the issuance of February 2023 benefits.
