SNAP to Skills
SNAP to Skills (S2S) is a technical assistance project funded by USDA's Food and Nutrition Service that is designed to provide states the tools and resources they need to build more effective and job-driven SNAP E&T programs. SNAP to Skills is managed by the SNAP Office of Employment and Training and operated by the Seattle Jobs Initiative.

Nutrient and Food Group Analysis of USDA Foods in Five of its Food and Nutrition Programs - 2014
This study updates a 2009 analysis of the nutrient and food group content of the USDA Foods offered and delivered through federal nutrition assistance programs. The study also estimated the Healthy Eating Index (HEI) scores under the HEI-2010 and the HEI-2005 scoring systems for each program’s benefits.
