Resources will assist grantees on how to get started after receiving their award, access contact information, and successfully complete reports, evaluations, and financial documentation.

This template is intended for all active Farm to School grantees requesting a budget modification or project work plan revision for their projects. Grantees can use this template to clearly identify requested line-item changes and demonstrate their impact on the project budget.

Here you will find samples of interim progress reports for each of the three types Farm to School Grants issued in 2020; the state, planning, and implementation grants.

The Healthy Fluid Milk Incentive project was established by the 2018 Farm Bill to promote milk as part of a healthy, balanced diet consistent with the Dietary Guidelines for Americans.  

For the benefit of current Farm to School grantees, the USDA Farm to School team recorded two brief webinars to help those new to the 908 reporting process.

This checklist is intended to help new Farm to School grantees complete the "new grantee enrollment process." Grantees must complete all the necessary steps of the enrollment process prior in order to begin receiving grant funding.
