Listed below is the current general terms and conditions that USDA/FNS uses in conjunction with the award of discretionary project grants/cooperative agreements.

These terms and conditions were amended Feb. 8, 2024, and are in addition to the assurances and certifications also required to be made as part of the award. While these are the general terms and conditions used in the award of discretionary project grants, if you are a current recipient, please refer to your specific terms and conditions provided to you with your award letter/package.
