ADR policy for the Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) and the Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion (CNPP).
- Make ADR available as an alternative means of resolving employment, during pre-complaint and or formal complaint processes, amicably and fairly.
- Encourages FNS employees to utilize the ADR program for the timely and effective resolution of complaints, disputes and other work-related program disputes, as soon as issues arise.
- Ensure fairness, neutrality, and confidentiality in administration of the ADR program.
