We are amending regulations to make access and parity improvements within several USDA food distribution programs, including the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR), The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP), and USDA Foods disaster response.

The full text of the final rule is available from the Federal Register. Most of the changes take effect within 60 days of the rule’s publication, on Dec. 30, 2024.
