CSFP and TEFAP Regulatory Update

In this July 26, 2016, webinar for state and local agencies administering the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) and The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP), the Food Distribution Division’s policy branch staff outline the regulatory changes impacting CSFP and TEFAP in two recently released final rules:

1. Requirements for the Distribution and Control of Donated Foods and The Emergency Food Assistance Program: Implementation of the Agricultural Act of 2014, and
2. Federal Agency Final Regulations Implementing Executive Order 13559: Fundamental Principles and Policymaking Criteria for Partnerships With Faith-Based and Other Neighborhood Organizations.
