We periodically surveys state agencies administering SNAP about certain options to determine which options are in use. The results of these surveys have been compiled into the State Options Reports. These reports are not a comprehensive reflection of all policy and administrative options available to states.

SNAP Work Rules Screening Checklists and Flow Chart

SNAP state agencies must establish procedures to screen for and apply the general work requirements and ABAWD work requirements and time limit. The SNAP Work Rules Screening Checklists and Flow Chart were developed to assist SNAP state agency staff in determining if an individual is subject to any of the SNAP work requirements.

And Justice for All Posters

The USDA “And Justice for All” posters is the primary method utilized to inform customers of their rights. The applicable posters must be prominently displayed in all offices where customers can view them and where there is a USDA presence. Additionally, institutions participating in or administering USDA programs must display the appropriate poster wherever program delivery is being conducted.

CN numbers that appear on the valid list apply to the CN logo and crediting statement only. It is the manufacturer's responsibility to ensure that the product label meets all other federal labeling requirements.
