Build a Better Future with SNAP Employment and Training

The SNAP Employment and Training (E&T) program helps SNAP participants gain skills, training, and work experience needed to build a career and achieve long-term stability. Through SNAP E&T, participants can get help finding a job, train for a new career, or advance in their current field while receiving support such as case management, transportation assistance, childcare, books, and supplies. All states receive federal funding to operate a SNAP E&T program that helps participants find work and meet state or local workforce needs.
