SNAP E&T State Plans

Each state agency is required to implement an employment and training (E&T) program for the purpose of assisting members of SNAP households in gaining skills, training, work, or experience that will increase their ability to obtain regular employment and meets state or local workforce needs. All state agencies are required to submit an annual SNAP E&T state plan to FNS.

Click on your state or territory below to view the page where the approved SNAP E&T state plan is posted. State plans may be posted on SNAP state agency external websites. FNS is not responsible for the content, copyright, and licensing restrictions of state agency websites.

Please note that American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Puerto Rico are not required to operate SNAP E&T programs and therefore do not submit SNAP E&T state plans to FNS.
