More Than a Job is a national campaign designed to raise awareness of SNAP Employment & Training (SNAP E&T). The campaign was shaped through listening sessions and concept testing with SNAP E&T participants, state and provider staff, and other key stakeholders.

The More Than a Job tagline reflects the flexibility and scope of SNAP E&T. The program offers more than immediate employment — it connects participants to education, training, and support services that can lead to long-term career pathways. Across the country, SNAP E&T programs can empower SNAP participants to build new skills, go back to school, or take steps toward a new career path. SNAP E&T services and resources can be a catalyst to help SNAP participants reduce their need for SNAP.
