This policy memorandum provides guidance in response to WIC state agency questions concerning certification of refugees evacuated to the United States as a result of the recent earthquake in Haiti.

Reallocation is the process by which state agencies (SAs) can request additional CACFP audit funds above their initial authorized funding level. FNS held a webinar to train regional personnel to conduct reviews of data submitted by TEFAP Reporting Entities pursuant to Section 1512 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
