This collection is an extension, without change, of a currently approved collection for maintaining the National Disqualified List of institutions, day care home providers, and individuals that have been terminated or otherwise disqualified from CACFP participation.

This is a revision of a currently approved collection. This collection is the voluntary submission of data including nutrient data from the food industry to update and expand the Child Nutrition (CN) Database in support of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966.

This is a request for information to gather detailed comments from stakeholders about the serious deficiency process in the Child and Adult Care Food Program. This action provides interim and final rulemaking for a proposed rule. It revises Food Stamp Program rules affecting the standards for approval and operation of Food Stamp Electronic Benefit Transfer systems.

This final rule makes a technical change to the regulations governing the nutrient analysis of meals served under the National School Lunch and School Breakfast programs.

This proposed rule will increase state agency flexibility in administering the program and maximize the advantages afforded by the technology.
