This final rule considers public comments submitted in response to the proposed rule revising the WIC food packages published on Nov. 21, 2022.

It is a revision of a currently approved collection associated with requests by state agencies to operate a Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program to temporarily provide food assistance to households following a disaster.
This collection is a revision of the currently approved collection for the WIC Nutrition Assessment and Tailoring Study (WIC NATS).
