This notice announces the surplus and purchased foods that the department expects to make available for donation to states for use in providing nutrition assistance to the needy under TEFAP in FY 2022.

This final rule updates the SNAP civil rights assurance template language for the Federal-State Agreement. These updates do not contain any new requirements and would codify protections already required by federal law and existing policy.

This collection is an extension without change of a currently approved collection which FNS employs to determine public participation in the SMP.

This notice announces CNPP's intention to request OMB's approval of the information collection processes and instruments to be used during consumer research while testing nutrition education messages and products developed for the general public.
