FNS is conducting the Erroneous Payments in Child Care Centers Study. This study will focus on CACFP operations in participating child care centers and their sponsoring organizations. This study is necessary for FNS's annual compliance with IPERA in the child care center component of CACFP.
This rule proposes to codify several provisions of the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010 affecting the integrity of the child nutrition programs, including the National School Lunch Program, the Special Milk Program for Children, the School Breakfast Program, the Summer Food Service Program, the Child and Adult Care Food Program and state administrative expense funds.
In rule document 02–15776 beginning on page 43448 in the issue of Thursday, June 27, 2002, make the following correction:
This rule incorporates in the Child and Adult Care Food Program regulations the changes mandated by the Agricultural Risk Protection Act of 2000 and the Grain Standards and Warehouse Improvement Act of 2000.
