On Dec. 5, 2019, the FNS final rule, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program: Requirements for Able-Bodied Adults Without Dependents, will publish in the Federal Register. In addition, the rule limits the carryover of unused ABAWD discretionary exemptions.
