The CAM Toolkit was made available to federal, state, and local agencies through collaboration among the US Health and Human Services Administration for Children and Families and Office of Child Support Enforcement, FNS, and representatives from the States of Kansas and Texas. 

FNS is offering a suite of operational flexibilities that will be available to child nutrition programs for summer 2022 and school year 2022-23.

This agreement sets out the requirements for administering the child nutrition programs and the food distribution programs.

During this webinar, FNS shared statewide waivers available at state agency request to assist program operators in transitioning to normal operations for Summer 2022 and statewide waivers available for operational and administrative flexibilities for the upcoming school year.

FNS performed an inventory of EBT procurements and conducted a few interviews with some States and EBT processors.  As a results, we developed a technical assistance document with lessons learned and best practices on EBT re-procurements.
