This action corrects Title 7 of the Code of Federal Regulations, parts 210 to 299, revised as of Jan. 1, 2003, on page 466, § 250.30.

For example, many youth shelters house children awaiting placement in foster homes, or children detained while awaiting trial for alleged crimes.
It has been determined that TEFAP commodities can be used for demonstration purposes in accordance with current regulations.
