The Civil Rights Division (CRD) ensures that the Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) complies with the laws, regulations, policies, and guidance that prohibit discrimination against employees and applicants in the federal workplace. This agreement sets out the requirements for administering the child nutrition programs and the food distribution programs.
The ITO/state agency must submit Form FNS-152, Monthly Distribution of Donated Foods to Family Units, that documents the data obtained in the physical inventory with the perpetual inventory record. Shortages must be reported to the appropriate FNS regional office.
