In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the USDA Food and Nutrition Service invites the general public and other public agencies to comment on this proposed information collection. This is a new collection for the purpose of learning about the types of  SNAP related fraud activity observed by large retailers and the methods they use to prevent fraud and minimize their losses.

This notice invites the general public and other public agencies to comment on the proposed collection of information for the Scanner Capability Assessment of SNAP-Authorized Small Retailers study.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice invites the general public and other public agencies to comment on the proposed collection. This is a revision of a currently approved collection in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and concerns Retail Store Applications (Forms FNS-252; FNS-252-E; FNS-252- FE; FNS-252-R; FNS-252-2; and FNS-252-C).
