In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice invites the general public and public agencies to comment on a proposed information collection. This collection is an extension, without change, of a currently approved collection for maintaining the National Disqualified List of institutions, day care home providers, and individuals that have been terminated or otherwise disqualified from Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) participation.

Resource | Notices Food Distribution Program: Value of Donated Foods (July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019)

Notice is hereby given that the national average minimum value of donated foods, or cash in lieu thereof, per lunch under the NSLP and per lunch and supper under the CACFP shall be 23.50 cents for the period July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019.

FNS is conducting the Erroneous Payments in Child Care Centers Study. This study will focus on CACFP operations in participating child care centers and their sponsoring organizations. This study is necessary for FNS's annual compliance with IPERA in the child care center component of CACFP.
