The Chef Ann Foundation is a cooperative agreement recipient from the USDA's Food and Nutrition Service. CAF plans to collect additional information from sub-grantees, based on an assessment and data report, which is beyond the information already approved under OMB Control Number: 0584–0512 (expiration date: July 31, 2025).
The collection of information is necessary for people to attend Produce Safety University, a training course designed to help child nutrition professionals identify and manage food safety risks associated with fresh produce.
This request for approval of information collection is necessary to obtain input into the development of nutrition education interventions for population groups served by FNS.
