FNS does not accept applications.

You must apply for nutrition assistance programs through your state, territory, or tribe.

How to Apply

1. Visit the FNS Contacts page.

2. Navigate to your state, territory, or tribe.

   Use the search bar or select your location using the dropdown filters. 

   

3. Navigate to the agency that administers the program you are interested in.

   The names of the programs are listed in green under each agency name.  If you click on the agency name, the box will expand to display contact information.

4. Contact your state/territory/tribe or local agency.

   Use the information provided to contact the agency to find out if you are eligible for nutrition assistance and how to apply.
