Through an examination of 5 disasters in 4 states, this study develops recommendations for best practices in planning for, implementing, and operating D-SNAP. 

The Evaluation Policy highlights FNS’ commitment to scientific integrity and rigor in conducting research and evaluation projects and how research and evaluation findings are used to inform decision-making. 

The FNS Learning Agenda, identifies FNS priorities and the key research and evaluation questions that need to be answered to fully address the agency priorities.
