Case management services serve a critical function in a state's SNAP E&T program, ensuring that participants have what they need to be successful and are connected to the right mix of services. Due to the challenges of COVID-19, state SNAP agencies and E&T providers have had to reimagine how they can bring the same personal touch to a virtual environment.
