School meals are an important part of making sure kids get what they need to grow and learn. We know you want the best for our nation's children and USDA is investing in making school meals even healthier.

This interactive webinar series highlights resources and materials that address hot topics in school meals. FNS regional offices, state agencies, school food authorities and others who may be interested are invited to participate.  

Team Nutrition staff and guest speakers from the Arizona Department of Education and Bellingham Public School, Washington shared strategies and success stories utilizing standardized recipes that incorporate cultural food preferences and locally grown foods. 

This webinar provided state agencies and school districts instructions on how to navigate the USDA Foods Database to access vendor-specific product information, including nutrients, allergens, ingredients and certifications.

Learn to Master the Professional Standards Training Tracker Tool! Team Nutrition is excited to demonstrate the latest enhancements to the Professional Standards Training Tracker Tool (PSTTT). This webinar showcases the latest enhancements, such as the ability to log training in increments of five minutes, a streamlined way to upload multiple training tiles and their training information at once to be included on the PSTTT training title list, the ability to log training for multiple school districts, and additional manager and director role capabilities. 

The CACFP Halftime: Thirty on Thursdays webinar series is a set of interactive, skills-building webinars that focus on hot topics related to the updated Child and Adult Care Food Program meal patterns. This webinar will focus on how CACFP operators can use a food’s ingredient list to identify whole grain-rich items for their menus, with a focus on how to treat flour blends.
