The purpose of this memo is to inform you that the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) will not release a SNAP national payment error rate for FY 2016. Instead, USDA's Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) will remain focused on conducting the FY 2017 review. We look forward to working with you to achieve our mutual goal of integrity in this important nutrition assistance program.
