Statutory authority to replace stolen benefits expired on Dec. 20, 2024, thus SNAP benefits stolen on or after Dec. 21, 2024, are not eligible for replacement using federal funds.

Report theft by phone or in-person at local offices. Submit claims by mail, fax, phone, email, or in-person at local offices. The state has 10 business days to validate the claim.
