As of Jan. 18, 2010, the operation of the Child Nutrition Label Program shifts from the USDA Food and Nutrition Service to the Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), Processed Products Branch. As part of the operational shift, AMS will charge a fee for each label reviewed. Accounts will be invoiced for each label once the service is performed.
