Nut Sandwiches

Makes:  1 sandwich

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup nuts, such as peanuts, walnuts, hickory nuts, or pecans
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 slices bread

Directions

  1. Crush or grind the meats of one or more types of nuts, together or separately.
  2. Mix with sufficient butter to hold the nuts together.
  3. Spread a generous layer between slices of bread.

Note: Try with slices of white bread, brown bread, sliced rolls, or Graham bread
