This policy memorandum transmits the 2026-2027 Income Eligibility Guidelines for the Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice invites the general public and other public agencies to comment on this proposed information collection for the Food Price Data Collection in the Non-Contiguous States and U.S. Territories Study. This is a new information collection request.

This notice announces the Department's annual adjustments to the Income Eligibility Guidelines to be used in determining eligibility for free and reduced-price meals, free milk, and Summer Electronic Benefit Transfer benefits for the period from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.

This information collection announces the intent of the Food and Nutrition Service to revise the burden hours and continue the requirements associated with initiating and conducting federal collection actions against debtors with delinquent Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program recipient debts.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Food and Nutrition Service is conducting a study titled WIC Tribal Organizations and U.S. Territories. 

This collection is an extension, without change, of a currently approved collection for assisting state agencies and school nutrition professionals in searching for trainings, recording, tracking, and managing the required training hours for state and local school district nutrition professionals, in four major areas (nutrition, operations, administration, and communications and marketing), to meet the requirements of the Healthy Hunger Free Kids Act of 2010 Professional Standards Rule.

This collection is a reinstatement and revision of the reporting and recordkeeping information collection burdens associated with the Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program.

Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins strongly encourages WIC state agencies to familiarize themselves with the Guidelines and consider how the key recommendations can be incorporated into program operations to promote healthy outcomes and healthy families.
