USDA has new, flexible strategies for providing children with food and nutrition support in the summertime. This enhanced suite of tools is called SUN Programs: USDA’s Summer Nutrition Programs for Kids. FNS has developed a new email signature that states, territories, tribal nations, and other entities that administer USDA-funded summer nutrition programs for kids are encouraged to use to promote SUN programs available in their communities.
Help spread the word! Use the instructions below to update your email signature with the new SUN programs signature block.
PC
- On the Outlook menu at the top of the screen, click the File tab.
- Click Options on the left-hand menu.
- Click Mail on the left-hand menu.
- Select the Signatures button next to “Create or modify signatures for messages.”
- Copy and paste the signature template below and customize it with your information, removing all brackets.
- Click OK at the bottom of the window.
- Click OK again. You’re done!
Mac
- Go to Settings > Signatures
- Select the signature you wish to modify and click edit or click the plus sign to add a new one.
- Copy and paste in the signature text from the template below.
- Select and copy the “USDA-FNS-Logo_Lockup.png” file, then paste it below the signature text
- Click the Save button. You’re done!
