Secretary Brooke L. Rollins directed states to share their SNAP eligibility data with USDA, launching a historic and collaborative effort to root out fraud, waste, and abuse. The Department established the first ever SNAP Program Integrity Data Team to analyze the data provided by states and compare it to readily available federal databases. This report provides an overview of the team’s methodologies and findings.

This dashboard is an interactive version of the traditional Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program State Options Report. It provides information on all 53 SNAP state agencies’ implementation choices on a selection of SNAP policy options and waivers.
This study provides an overview of the risk assessment tools currently used by the state agencies that administer the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program to categorize those program applications more likely to incur payment errors and allocate resources to improve the accuracy of benefit payments to families participating in SNAP.
