The FNS Evaluation Policy is a direct result of the Evidence Act (PL 115-435) and subsequent USDA Evaluation Policy (Departmental Regulation 1230-001). This policy highlights FNS’ commitment to scientific integrity and rigor in conducting research and evaluation projects and how research and evaluation findings are used to inform decision-making. The policy will be updated as necessary to reflect changes to Departmental Regulations.
