This toolkit provides general guidelines for state partners to share with TEFAP Reach and Resiliency grantees and FY 2022 National School Lunch Program Equipment Assistance sub-grantees on how to display and use the Investing in America logo at sites and locations funded under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.

Information included below explains how the Investing In America logo mark can be incorporated and used by funded projects. Logos of contractors are not permitted on the signage. Logo placement included in signage should conform to these brand guidelines.

Logo Applications

Examples of ways to use and display this logo include, but are not limited to, adding as a sticker to equipment paid for by these funds, signage and flyers displayed on site, and digital content such as social media and newsletters.

Please review Positioning and Placement for guidance on logo applications with non-federal and federal organizations, and clear space around the USDA logo.

Partner logos should be no larger than 6 in. width x 6 in. height with a minimum of 3.5 in. of clear space surrounding all sides.

Variations and Usage

To preserve the integrity of the Investing In America logo mark, make sure to apply them correctly.

Altering, distorting, or recreating the ‘marks’ in any way weakens the power of the image and what it represents. Layout and design of signs and communication materials will vary, so care must be taken when applying the logo mark.
