Policy Memorandum FD-042, Pay Received by Military Personnel as a Result of Deployment to a Combat Zone, is cancelled. The policy contained in that memorandum has been incorporated into program regulations at 7 CFR 253.6(e)(3) via publication of the final rule, FDPIR: Amendments Related to the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008.
