This information collection announces the intent of the Food and Nutrition Service to revise and report on the activities associated with the replacement of multiple Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Electronic Benefit Transfer cards, as well as the monitoring and notices associated with excessive requests for replacement SNAP EBT cards.
This memorandum provides the fiscal year 2026 income standards and maximum allotments for the Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (D-SNAP). State agencies may use these standards to determine eligibility for D-SNAP, as well as the maximum allotment for eligible households may receive based on their size.
