In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice invites the general public and other interested parties to comment on a proposed information collection. This collection is an extension of a currently approved collection to conduct research in support of FNS' goal of delivering science-based nutrition education to targeted audiences.

Resource | Grants FY 2021 Cohort B Team Nutrition Training Grants for School Meal Recipe Development

We awarded an additional almost $1.4 million in FY 2021 Team Nutrition Training Grants to six states. These grants will help schools offer meals supported by recipes that use local agricultural products and reflect local food preparation practices and taste preferences.

Resource | Training and Outreach CACFP Meal Service Training Grants

To assist states and CACFP operators with implementation of the updated CACFP meal patterns, Congress appropriated funds for the provision of noncompetitive grants for states to provide hands-on training and technical assistance. These meal service training grants will assist state agencies in providing job skills training for CACFP operators on ways to plan and prepare and serve nutritious foods.
