We are proposing to introduce an update to the Privacy Act system of records, USDA/FNS-5, “Information on Persons Disqualified from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program,” which is retitled to “USDA/FNA-5, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program—Information on Persons Disqualified from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and on Households in the Quality Control Universe.”
We propose to rescind the System of Records, currently titled USDA/FNS-7, “Quality Control Subsample of Nonassistance Households Participating in the Food Stamp Program- USDA/FNS” published Sept.30, 1977.
The “Understanding Participant Experiences in SNAP E&T” project will help the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Administration to assess SNAP participants' understanding of work requirements and their experiences accessing SNAP E&T programs that meet their needs.
