Farm to School State Formula Grants Dashboard
USDA’s Food and Nutrition Administration provided $60 million from the American Rescue Plan Act to improve food and agriculture supply chain resiliency for 54 state agencies that administer the National School Lunch Program. These funds continue to support state agencies as they coordinate and provide technical assistance to help participating institutions build and expand their capacity to procure and use local funds in program meals, and provide agricultural education opportunities for participating children. The FNA Central Analytics Team, housed in the FNA Office of the Chief Operating Officer, provides data management, visualization, and analytics leadership for FNA programs and offices in alignment with the USDA Data Strategy and Federal Data Strategy. The Central Analytics Team’s priorities include enabling FNA programs and operational divisions in the development of data visualization and analytics products to support informed decision-making, secure data automation and management to improve efficiencies, and federal employee training to cultivate a data-informed workforce and agency.
