On Feb. 21, 2024, FNS published the proposed rule entitled "Serious Deficiency Process in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and Summer Food Service Program (SFSP)." FNS hosted this webinar to provide an overview of the proposed rule to state agencies and CACFP sponsoring organizations.
Comments on the proposed rule can be submitted through the federal eRulemaking portal. Go to the Federal Register Notice and follow the online instructions for submitting comments. The public comment period closes on May 21, 2024.
