USDA FNA provides federal financial assistance through nutrition assistance programs. Additionally, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservation (FDPIR) also have civil rights protections based on religion and political belief.
Filing a Complaint: If you believe that you (or someone you are filing on behalf of) have been discriminated against because of your race, color, national origin, disability, age, sex, political belief, religion, and/or retaliation based or prior civil rights activity in violation of federal civil rights laws, you may file a complaint with CRD.
