This document describes the database requirements for Summer EBT agencies creating their state-wide database for program administration.
The following documents serve as a resource to assist states, Tribal organizations, and territories in preparing to implement Summer EBT in 2025. Each state, territory and Tribal organization that intends to administer the Summer EBT program in 2025 must submit to their respective FNS regional office an interim POM by Aug. 15, 2024, and final POM not later than Feb. 15, 2025.
