This memorandum transmits Attachments 3 to 5, which provide answers to questions from our training last year on the second interim CACFP management improvement rule (69 FR 53501, Sept. 1, 2004).
The topics addressed in these attachments are: State Agency Oversight Tools, Sponsor Oversight Tools, and Training and Other Operational Issues. Attachments 1 and 2 were transmitted on Sept. 23, 2005 and Nov. 7, 2005 as CACFP07-2005 and CACFP03-2006, respectively. Taken together, the five attachments provide a complete set of answers to questions raised during training on the second interim rule.
